Cancellation Policy: If Crystal Cruises cancels the sailing for any reason not caused by the guest, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. If payment was made by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund by Investors Travel.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your cruise specialist. Requests will be processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET. Requests received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Suites booked in the Penthouse category (RYVF) and above are 100% nonrefundable at the time of booking. For Sapphire Veranda Suites (GSVM) and below, cancellations made 181 or more days before departure will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $250 per person non-transferable administrative fee. Cancellations made within 180 days of departure will be subject to penalties based on the total cruise fare, less applicable destination fees, as outlined below:

150-121 days to departure • 75% of total guest charges
120-0 days to departure • 100% of total guest charges
